Black boxes flashing on computer screen?

I've had a problem with black blocks popping up on my screen for almost 1-2 months now. I've tried to read up a bit, but nothing works. About. 0.5 months ago, Windows also crashed on the PC, but I got it repaired. Then bought a new M.2 and a graphics card to see if that would fix the problem with the screen. No significant difference. Tried then re-downloading all drivers and BIOSes, but nothing.

The parts I use are:

• Asus ROG Strix B550-E Gaming
• AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
• ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 OC Edition 12GB GDDR6X (formerly GeForce RTX 3060 VENTUS 3X 12G OC)
• G.Skill Aegis DDR4 3000MHz 2x8GB and Adata XPG Gammix D20 Black DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB
• WD BLACK SN850X NVMe SSD M.2 1TB (formerly PNY CS2130 M.2 NVMe 500GB)
• Corsair CV650 650W
• Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO V2
• Philips Momentum 24M1N3200VA 24" Full HD

Try these in order.

Make sure the cable is fully seated on both ends.

If the problem still exists, if there is more than one port on the monitor try switching ports.

Push down on the graphics card to make sure its inserted properly, and retry.

If the problem still exists, plug the monitor into the motherboard directly, as the GPU could be the problem.

If after all this, then try with a different cable.
