Installing windows 11

That should not need any drivers. Can't really figure out at what step does the "need drivers" step pop up... M.2 SSDs don't need drivers with Windows 11.

 

Have you tried resetting BIOS options to defaults?

I can but I haven't changed anything except ram

And if you click cancel it resets?

If so, then it's strange...

 

Perhaps disable SATA controller in BIOS?

if i click cancel it takes me to the first picture i sent then i back out and go to bios. ill try it

nvme is pcie.. you had sata page up earlier. next tab was pcie

Latest BIOS? As that seems to be one of the last things I could guess. Perhaps latest BIOS would help.

Download the latest BIOS (F28) and extract to a USB stick preferably formatted to FAT32:

Then find Q-Flash option in your BIOS and proceed with caution. It might take a minute or two.

Would not hurt, I'd give it a try.

Could possibly upgrade to 11 in the 10 desktop.
