Folder explorer freeze for 30 seconds when i click on a PDF file and the preview pane is activated...

Is there any fix for this?

I tried to assign acrobat reader to default app to use and rebooted but it still does this issue.

I can open pdf files, problem is just the preview pane in explorer folders that freeze and it comes back ok after 30 seconds even if the preview does not show up.

I searched the internet about it, tried a few things but...

Any ideas?
