Ram speed is showing wrong even with XMP on

I have a Ryzen 5 5600x, Corsair vengenes pro 3600 MHz 16GB and a aorus b550 elite v2 motherboard, and I have gone into the bios an have XMP on. But I recently changed my case and I had to take out my ram and now it isn’t doing the correct speeds. I have had this problem before and somehow fixed it randomly while in the bios and can’t remember how to put it back. And yes the sticks are in the right slot. And I was wondering if anyone can help.

Set memory speed in bios to 3600 as well as xmp

Turn off XMP and turn it back on again. 

 

What are you using to read the memory speed btw?

What are you using to read the memory speed btw?

I’m using task manager cpu-z and in the actual bios

I've had issues like this before where the only fix was to clear cmos and reboot then redo any settings i had done in Bios.
