GPU freezing out of nowhere

I have this recurring problem (don't know what triggers it) with my computer that it stops responding with some inputs such as graphics freezing but audio works fine, opening apps somewhat works but nothing happens when I launch those applications. I don't know if gives out a error code (if it does, I don't know where to find it) but when I check task manager I often see that my GPU is at -1% in Video Encoding as well as, 3D, Copy and Video Decoding and either at -1% or 100% and normally around 40-70 Celsius (I have attached an image about it, may not be the best quality and I apologies). The way I normally fix it is by hard restating my pc because doing it through windows doesn't work. I have mainly noticed that this happens when I'm watching videos on YouTube as well as Twitch, all and any help would be deeply appreciated and thanks in advanced

I don't know if your issue is quite the same as this, but you could give it a try:
