I'm looking for a retro-neon-cyberpunk-pixelated game for PC/Mobile anyone can recommend me a good games for this category?

 

VA-11 HALL-A for example.

For PC at least, I can recommend Hyper Light Drifter. Best played with a gamepad though, and it's rather hard, like Dark Souls hard.

I don't know what that is, but Joint Operations: Combined Arms Gold is available on Steam.

 

Defo give that a go if you want a retro FPS that will run on an 'older' computer...
