Need Help on 5700X3D Undervolt Tutorial

Need Help on 5700X3D Undervolt Tutorial! Some said that I should use the PBO2 App and someone said that I should use the BIOS.

2 Problems, I cant find a easy to understand tutorials on both the App and on the BIOS (Gigabyte B550M DS3H Rev1.7). I guess its because the 5700X3D is a new chip that is why there are few tutorials?

TLDR: start with TDC EDC PPT values, Then move on to curve optimizer with as much negative value you can push without sacrificing stability.

Basically this. You can max out PPT TDC EDC by disabling limits. You can also set a limit like in this video.

This is my 1st time overclocking anything in my life, and I really dont know what's the next step

Limits and curve optimizer is the only thing you need to set. You can try with limits set to disable, if that doesn't work, test with motherboard. On my board, I exceed the predefined limits when disabling it:

Same. I use motherboard for limits and -30 in CO.  I've tried -20 and -25 with no difference in performance but slight gains in voltage and temp.
