Sollution for conference table hub

Why cant i find a simple product that is just a big circular shaped thing that has a few power sockets, a hdmi, and a ethernet or two.
I can find either one or the other, but not both in one unit.
just something either heavy enough to not move around or clamps to a 60mm desk grommet hole.
it seems like every product ever you have to cut a giant rectangular hole out of the table and it is recessed down inside then.
I cant modify the table because its part of the building lease so it has to sit on top of the table in the middle.

this simply clamps into a regular desk 60mm hole


if not I'll just 3d print one bruh
but how does it not exist already
