Free utility I can use to check for duplicate files within a drive or compare 2 directories for dupicates?

Not too much to say that isnt in the title, just trying to do some organization. I know there is at least one utility with a trial I can do this in but being this may take me an extended period to work though would rather have something I can use perpetually free.

CCleaner actually has this feature under its Tools. As far as I know, it's still available for the free version.

You can compare things in two folders by opening a folder, highlighting everything, hitting copy as path, then drop that into excel. You can then delimitate (data > text to columns> delimited> then do other and put in "\"). You can then line the data sources up to where the end paths are all in the same column and go to conditional formatting and highlight duplicate values. Then you can click on your filters and show only red (duplicate) values.

 

This will really only work well for comparing two folders directly to each other so mileage may vary.
