Go to solution Solved by skayqz,

Just played some random.org with the ram sticks and suddenly it just works.

Aka : Just play with your ram sticks, move them, put them back, switch them etc and eventually it will work.

No video, no keyboard or mouse light.

Fan light, motherboard lights are working.

Im more than sure that i connected the 24 pin correctly into my b250m-k mobo , and the split 8 pin cpu aka i connected one 4 pin end to the cpu power connector.

What can i do to fix this and what did i do wrong?

try reseating the ram and resetting the cmos. also try reconnecting the peripherals, since there may be a conflicting between the peripherals, which could cause a blank screen (unlikely though).I don't think its a GPU problem, but you could reseat that too. Also check for a faulty ram module.

I have 2 sticks of ddr4 8gb, took one, rebooted, nothing then took both, rebooted then nothing again.

Properly cleared the cmos by taking the battery out and then waiting some minutes (actually it was like an hour since i was doing somethin else) then reseated it then booted it again nothing.

I reconnected the graphics card so far but nothing, also plugged it into integrated then rebooted.

Are you not troubleshooting your non-functional computer? 😉

Don't worry about it! No harm, no foul.

Make sure the CPU power cable is firmly connected, and that it isn't a PCIe power cable.
