I want to build a PC, I used PCPartPicker to find parts that could possibly use, any adjustments to keep it simple and cheap.

Budget (including currency): $800USD

Country: United States

Games, programs, or workloads that will be used for PCVR--specifically Bonelab, med-high settings(90hz), most other games on PC, medium settings, 1080P, 144 hertz.

I'm a broke 14-year-old, I don't make much money from my job

Your choice of RAM is a major bottleneck. I suggest these changes.

PCPartPicker Part List

Motherboard: *ASRock Z690 Pro RS ATX LGA1700 Motherboard  ($119.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: *Silicon Power XPOWER Turbine 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  ($53.97 @ Amazon)
Total: $173.96
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
*Lowest price parts chosen from parametric criteria

This would be my changes. The cooler is slightly cheaper, the motherboard is significantly better (plus it would allow you to overclock the 12400F if you need more performance in the future), the RAM is faster, the GPU is faster, and everything else is slightly more cost optimized to get it to just below the $800 mark.

5600 CL46 isn't the fastest thing ever, but it's not that bad either. I'd rather have that kit than DDR4 nowadays.

Me with my 100$ :

For 800$ id expect a 6700xt minimum or a 3080/6800xt if you want a gpu heavy build based on used am4

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dKfzL9

7700x + 6700xt + 32gb 6000c32

Microcenter 7700x bundle covers the cpu mobo and rams

The 7700x is a hell of alot faster than an old 12400/5600(x) and the platform isnt dead so if you wanna do a cpu upgrade you just drop the cpu in without having to replace the mobo nor ram

Upgraded cooler to a phantom spirit which is pretty much the best thing you can get and the only thing better would be a frozn a720 at double the price

Dram gen3 instead of a dramless gen4

For used parts case and gpu since used last gen is pretty cheap and you dont wanna be spending 50$ on a hunk of metal that doesnt contribute to performance, if you do decide to get a new 50$ case youd be looking at a used 5700xt/6600xt or 2070s which are abit weaker than the 6700xt but alot better than a new 6600 non xt
