Video upscaling software

Looking for something that runs locally and leverages my hardware. I've got a 3700x and a 2070super currently.

I've been playing around with Topaz AI's trial. It seems really good. I may bight the bullet and buy a license.

 

Are there any other ones I should have a look at? Any decent free options?

i'd just use topaz , it uses your hardware , just requires internet to phone home.

I've had great luck with Topaz. Worth the license fee.

Yea it's pretty great. I'll probably pick it up next month. What does it phone home for?

License verification and updates. You could add a firewall rule once you've activated the software if you want
