I HAVE PROBLEM.. PC RANDOMLY FREZEES, But veirdly..

So specs of pc are 

R5 2600 

16gb hyperx 3200mhz cl16

b450 

xfx rx 580 8gb 

 

Hi everyone i have a problem that is going on for like 6 months.. my pc freezes for no reason.. it can be 3 times a day sometimes once a week.. i dont understand how is that working..i cant predict when is going to freeze.. as i said it can be 3 times a day or once a week.. it can freeze in game or only on browser.. 

its not lagging or anything.. the freeze is my cursor just stoped and sound frezee and after few seconds screen goes black but pc is still running.. can someone help me pls..

you could check your Ram with a Memtest86

you could check your storage with CrystalDiskInfo

i checkd my ram with memtest64 for 10 min and its fine

now i tried crystaldisk info.. i have two ssd

 

on C drive(where is windows) all seems fine but it said "read error rate" i have threshold 50 "and on nuber of crc error" i have 50 threshold

 

on D drive i have "bad block count" 10 threshold..

 

is there something i need to worry about

 

and the temps are 30 on C and 24 on D
