Help with mulitple server hosting on one PC

I have a dell r515 server and want to run a Minecraft and Palworld game server and maybe a NAS on it. It has 2 operton 4184 and 32 gig ddr3 mem, is there a software capable of splitting the CPU core so I can dedicate cores and ram to a game server or is that not possible? Could I dedicate one CPU per game server? Can I even run 2 different game servers on a pc? Any help / clarification on questions i asked would be a a help would be helpful.

Unless this is also your personal PC. I would just look into getting just about any server OS. Unraid, TrueNAS, etc. There's a docker container for just about every game server you can think of. Plus setting up a NAS is basically built in. Also the ability to bin cores per container. It is possible to do all that in Windows but it's far less efficient and binning cores isn't exactly straight forward.
