Will rtx 4070 super price go down with 50 series?

Since the the 50 series is coming out in a couple months, i may put off buying the 4070 super which im still saving up for if the 50 series will make the 40 series cheaper. Will the 50 series do this?

No. Never works like that with Nvidia. They dont discount, they just wait till they are out of stock. Especially since its probably going to be a repeat, 5090/5080 launch first, then after 6 months -1Y 5060/5070. Only if they have an extreme over abundance of stock will they slightly discount it.

Maybe RDNA 4 can have a slight impact on the lower tier RTX 4000 series though.

But again, its Nvidia as you say Can only hope.
