Optimizations for windowed games - Enable or Disable?

"Optimizations for windowed games improves gaming on your PC by using a new presentation model for DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 games that appear in a window or in a borderless window."

So for DirectX 12 games, is it indifferent?

The difference is probably as minuscule as running slightly faster/slower RAM that is already fast for example,

That's about fullscreen optimization. A asked about window mode games optimization.

I want to know mainly about games that don't have Fullscreen and run in borderless windowed mode.
