Figured it out, it was Signal RGB. I just disabled the wireless adapter in the signalRgb software and it works fine now.

Basically my mouse works fine on wired mode, but a little iffy on wireless. Works fine until the mouse idles, then the mouse moves laggy like. It jumps across the screen like its moving at 3 fps and wont allow me to interact with anything unless i hold the mouse button. It will only work in wireless mode again if i unplug/replug the wireless adapter. I can use it fine in wired mode, but its an annoying inconvenience.
