TeckQuickie video for April 12, 2024 - wrong infomation

So, at 1:30 into the video, Linus claims Windows didn't natively support extraction, until Windows ME.

HOWEVER, David Plummer, in his video "Dark History of Zip Files", explains "I wrote it at home in my den at night, sold it to Microsoft for inclusion in the Windows 95 Plus! pack"
(you can watch that video here).

The OS did not come with Plus!, so that is not native extraction support in Windows 95.

according to Dave, it was added into the Windows 98 code, after the Plus! pack for 95 was released.

Windows 98 does not have a zip extractor utility.

If there is one, it's buried in a console command. You cannot just right click a ZIP and extract it, like ME can.

Just booted up a 98 machine to check.
