best gpu for my build.

Budget for the build? Use case? 

Use 1 2tb SSD

Thermal paste is included with the cooler

Better cases can be had for less (Montech 903 MAX which has 4 fans, 3 of them being RGB)

im not really sure, just what would be most suited to my build.

what is the performance difference plus is the 4070ti better even though there is a significant price increse

if you're looking at the 4070 ti the 7900 XT is a much better option for value. You'd be CPU bottlenecked by both the 7900 XT and 4070 Ti though, less so on the 7800 XT. CPU bottleneck isn't such a bad thing but it can introduce stutters

 

I'd say go for the 7800 XT

not much, 7900 GRE performs 10% better for 10% more in terms of price but I don't think it's worth it. I'd stick with the 7800 XT

they can be good, brands don't really matter, except if the card is like fast but has 2 fans instead of 3, but even then the 3 fan cards only sometimes have the advantage of not having to spin too fast to cool the card
