Error (0x80070490) when upgrading from home edition to education.

I keep getting this error when trying to upgrade my laptop from home edition to Windows Education. I updated Windows, ran the update troubleshooter that did something but not sure what exactly, ran the command "sfc /snannow" and then restarted the computer as well. Nothing worked. I did use this key on my PC as well but supposedly I can activate more than one PC using the Education Edition, is that not true?

I have a second key for the Education N edition but that key doesn't work at all for some reason.
