I am doing a computer with the following specs :

CPU: amd 7800x3d
MOBO: Gigabyte x670e aorus pro
GPU: Asus Rog Strix 4080 Super
RAM: 2X T-Force DELTA DDR5 16 GB 6000MHZ
Nvme: Samsung 980 pro 2 tb

PSU: FSP Hydro PTM Pro 1200 W

The computer will boot into bios when plugged into the Motherboard but not into the gpu. I have taken the gpu out and re inserted it a few times and the problem still persists. The gpu RGB comes on and the fans spin. When I turn it off and plug into the gpu the motherboard won't allow me to plug back into the igpu . Under PCIE slot info it shows something in the PCIEX16 slot aswell ( pictured below) so it seems like the mobo recognizes there's something here. I am pretty stuck any help is appreciated.

Does it get into the OS when you have it plugged into the iGPU

No operating system installed yet but it gets me into the bios where I posted the picture of it recognizing something in my pcie slot.

Try adding an OS and see if you can boot into it first. It's a lot easier to troubleshoot when you can get error reporting

Sounds good. I'll put the components into the case and download windows and drivers then come back if that doesn't seem to fix the issue.
