ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO BTF BIOS settings

Hi, 

 

I need help to setup the right settings on BIOS for ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO BTF. Is not much i know about what is the best settings i BIOS to get the most out of your gear.

 

PC 

1. I9 13900K

2. ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO BTF

3. ROG Matrix 4090

4. G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5 6000MHz 32GB

XMP should be the only thing really, after that, download HWinfo and send a SS of that into here and we'll take a look and see if theres anything else that needs tweaked

 

There are some things youll want to have enabled like intel boost and resizeable bar, but they should be automatically enabled so shouldnt be an issue, the HWinfo is, for one, to check if they are

 

What cooler do you have?

System specs:

 

 

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D [-30 PBO all core]

GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT NITRO+ [1050mV, 2.8GHz core, 2.6Ghz mem]

Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB 32GB 6000MHz CL32 DDR5

Storage: 2TB SN850X, 1TB SN850 w/ heatsink, 500GB P5 Plus (OS Storage)

Case: 5000D AIRFLOW

Cooler: Thermalright Frost Commander 140

PSU: Corsair RM850e

Looks good to go, not sure if Resizeable bar is on or not but other than that its fine and it is usually on by default
