Hi guys!

I have this 60GB SanDisk SSD for my OS and small programs like Spotify/Skype. I have reinstalled and formated the drive a couple of times and now my computer is getting slower. Normally when it booted Spotify would pop up inmidietly but now it takes 5-10 seconds and i have to wait to open a program..

Is my SSD getting slower and what could i do about it?

Thanks!

TRIM?  Or just space?  SSDs loose speed as they fill up, also.  Over Provisioning is a thing.  Might be worth having about 5GB of your driver unformatted.

enable TRIM if not enabled as ^ said, Otherwise you could try Zero fill you drive its a good trick to get better performance but if your drive is TRIM enabled this should not matter

That is already present on a stock drive. No need to dedicate more space :)

Nope, thats not how you do this. To restore performance, you need to secure erase the drive.
