pc specs 

 

Ryzen 5600 stock cooler

RX 6600

32 gb ram 3200

b550 motherboard

500gb ssd and 1tb ssd 

psu 850 watts bronze 

most games i try it just stutters any ideas why 

xmp profile enabled and sam enabled nothing else in bios i changed 

 

games i try is call of duty mw2019 mw2 warzone saints row the third remastered gta v gta iv and fortnite

What does stuttering mean? Describe it in detail.

 

Check your temps and power draw in a monitoring program.
