The 8320 should be fine but the 7770 will hold you back more than the cpu would.

What are your current system specs?

7770 would stuggle at higher resolutions though and isnt start citizen single core?

Oh alright, a 8320 looks like a good upgrade.

We'd need to know your budget and your target to really help you out.

You gotta do you girl. I always say you gotta do you. And if he's doing him, then who's doing you? Because right now, it seems like no one's doing you.

$300

Your processor is a bit weak but it'll do; the real bottleneck is your graphics card. I'd suggest going with the r9 270x from Sapphire or XFX which is presently 199.99. I'd just save the rest for when you need more RAM and a new CPU. If you really want to spend your 300 right now you could go with the r9 280 or 280x, 249.99 and 299.99 respectively, however your CPU would be quite the bottleneck at that point.
