Troubles with Enabling Crossfire for Planetside 2

So I recently got a crossfire setup of 7870. And I was playing planetside 2 with msi afterburner and noticing that my GPU 2 is off so now, my question is

 

Does planetside 2 support Crossfire/Sli? If so, why ain't mine working?

 

And yes crossfire is enabled as it works with all the games i have played so far except planetside 2 as my GPU2 remains off when launched.

I've never played planetside 2 but some quick googling seems to suggest that it has crossfire support to some degree.

But keep in mind that it is entirely possible for a game not to support SLI/CF.

Even games like the new Spiderman can do that.
