Only ram lights up....

I took out the GPU to adjust the bracket I put everything back in checked the cables and now I can't get the PC to light up only the ram sticks lights up flashing of and on...

 

 

things I tried: 

-Different power connection

-Changed PCIE cable 

-swapped ram locations 

 

 

I don't know what to do it was working before I touched it now I can't make it work...

Can you remove the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, put it back in and try again?
It looks like a silver clock battery, its on your motherboard.

If what you mean by this is the LED debugged, VGA,RAM,CPU,BOOT. Is it possible that it's training the memory. What's your components and have you tried waiting for 10-15mins and just let it run?

That's the spec, I will wait for the battery if it doesn't help I'll let it run

I meant the sticks have RGB and they flicker and nothing else turns on besides them .. 

 

I tried both nothing works

Is my only options pretty much a bad power supply ? The pc worked yesterday and everything is new

On the bottom right of the mobo, there should be an array of 4 LEDs

When you boot, do those LEDs light up at all? During a normal post, they should light individually in the order CPU > DRAM > VGA > BOOT
If it hangs on one of them, it's having problems with that step

 

 

As for clearing CMOS, please ensure you followed one of the procedures detailed below

Also try. Taking the gpu off and putting back
