Dolphin emulator??

So I want to play Mario kart Wii on my cell phone, but I don't know what version of dolphin to get, can anybody point me in the right direction? My phone runs android 9 if it helps!

There is no way it is emulating Wii. it might do n64

Dang, I have an a13 5g? Things absolute garbage but would it run it... The a13 isn't the fastest phone, but it's probably capable

You MIGHT be able to have it run, but having it playable is a different story. 

Here's a comparison for yours (a22 5G and a13 5G have the same chip) vs my old phone that would run dolphin (XD Gale of Darkness) at a playable framerate with minor stuttering.

Okay so it would be impossible to achieve 60fps then? What's an alternative to dolphin that's less powerful?

The problem you are facing is that you just don't have enough power to do emulation at the power that's required. You've got like a 1030, you need a 1070 for it to run at the kind of framerate you want, and with no real fidelity settings seeing as it's a legacy console title, trying to see if you can jank it down to what a 1030 can run. 

 

I encourage you to try it out and see if it'll run, I could be totally wrong, and it may be that it runs spectacularly. I doubt it, but it's absolutely worth a try.

It's not Dolphin that's the issue, it's the fact you're trying to emulate a Wii. Emulation is very difficult computationally because it always requires a massive amount of overhead. IIRC the overhead is that you need roughly double the raw computing power in order to run an emulator of something, and your phone does not have double the power of a Wii. N64 emulation should be doable if you do want to do some retro games on your phone, and there's plenty of decent emulators for that if you want to give it a shot, but that's realistically about the best you could hope for.

How do you have an A13 5G yet it's only running Android 9?

Nah I have a moto g6 running android 9 the a13 is running android 13 or 14

I went back to the Motorola because it was nicer than the A13

ok thats a lot better.
the phone has a d700 cpu, its terribad. you really want at least a d1100 or so for play-ability.
heres some wii gameplay footage on a different phone with the same cpu yours has, you can expect more or less the same performance.

I've got a G7+ in my drawer, man was that a nice phone. They really hit it out of the park on that.

I have an a20 e an wii runs not good, so i think your phone cant run Wii Emulators
