Looking for an editing rig.... any help would be appreciated.

Howdy Internet peoples

looking to replace a video editing computer.  currently i am running a ryzen 5 3600, 16 gig ram, and a 980Ti.  Its worked well for years however now its age is beginning to show.  Its used for part time editing on a car YouTube channel my brother-in-law and i run along with some gaming, budget is about 2k usd.  I really don't want to build something and would like to just purchase a pre-build.  Just looking for constructive thoughts and suggestions.  Currently i have found a prebuild at a best buy that i think will work but i am unsure.  Software currently is Movavi but a move to Adobe might be in the future.

The only advantage that a best buy has is its a physical location that's easily accessible to me incase a return or defect shows up.  I'm not apposed to ordering online its just with pre-builds the chances of something going sideways is all ways present.  And the dell-hp-lenovo world uses so many non standard parts i want to stay away from that.
