how do i get the overclock on a Zotac RTX 3080 Trinity past +130 mhz stable clock?

Hi, i'm quite bad at gpu oc and cant get my 3080 past +130 mhz core clock even witth the power limit to the max and gpu max volts to +70% (it just crashed while writing at +150mhz, the ram clock is at ~+1300mhz), any help there?

Also: Please enable XMP/D.O.H.C before asking why your ram is too slow.
