Low CPU-GPU utilizaiton, Low FPS

The video above shows a benchmark with a core I7 3770K and DDR3 1600 mhz ram (I'm aware ram speed matters more in ryzen CPUs, but not sure if it should make that big of a difference), same area inside the town I get 40 fps with same settings. Tried it with 2x8 xmp enabled at 2666, 6-7 fps difference

but you don't have i7 3770K

current PC:

Ryzen 5 5600 |16GB DDR4 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti

PCs I used before:

  1. Pentium G4500 | 4GB/8GB DDR4 2133Mhz | H110 | GTX 1050
  2. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050
  3. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz | 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti

Ok, but that's different architecture, even if the 3770K is older the 2400G isn't that better in single thread, the Intel manages RAM better and even has more cache.

Also DDR3 1600 has tighter timings than DDR4 2100 and may be faster overall...

Really the solution is to upgrade CPU and RAM, that's all, slap a 5600 and 3200 RAM ($150) and your FPS will double
