Which NAND better — YMTC or Micron?

I have two (2) solid-state drives which are pretty much identical in schematics (also the same controller, Maxio MAS1102), but one has YMTC 64L TLC NAND, and the other — 176L Micron TLC NAND.

Considering the otherwise same specifications, which one would be better in the long-term (in terms of reliability)?

I've had a not-so-ideal experience with a YMTC-based drive (47% health after 100 days of use and 3,35 TB written despite the 500 TBW rating and 5 years warranty), so I decided to ask here.
