Which monitor to choose among these two?

I am stuck here. Which one is better among these 2 budget monitors? 

They almost have similar specification. 

Highlighted information for both monitors:

100Hz IPS monitor

1ms(VRB)-Acer , 1ms(MPRT)- Viewsonic response time.

250 nits brightness

Going off of the images alone, probably the Viewsonic. If nothing else other than that the screen tilts a bit compared to Acer. 

 

I'd say--if possible--you'd have to see them in-person. While the IPS technology is quite mature, it might come to just personal taste with how the screen colors look between the two monitors.

Viewsonic, bit bigger, smaller bezels. Also seems like it's got tilt and nicer buttons on bottom.

Neither.... go for at least 23.5" ... sounds very little but it really does make a difference.
