Front and rear audio jack are not separate

As per the image, both jacks come under the same speaker which is an issue as I have to unplug my headphones at the front whenever I want to use my speakers at the back. Any solutions?

Most Realtek integrated soundcards have the option to split the front from the rear somewhere in the control center.

Try install the appropriate OEM driver and software.
Look like you're using the default Microsoft driver.

I get this error when trying to install the manager, can't seem to find anything on it.

Display Driver Uninstaller DDU has the option to clean Realtek drivers too. Maybe try that first.

 

Which motherboard is it?

 

Maybe try with IOBit Driver Booster?

Unfortunately nothing has changed and both jacks still show up together.
