Radeon XII Caps At 200hz On 240hz Compatable Monitor

I have a 165hz monitor. I recently put a radeonXII in my main rig while I wait for a new psu for my secondary rig so I can still invite people over to game. I swapped my rtx 3060ti to my secondary rig. Now for some reason I cant overclock my monitor to 240hz, it only goes to 200hz. It doesn't go blank or a anything. The software just physically wont let me go above 200, it give a red exclamation too. Is this an AMD thing because the card doesn't support it? Is there a way to force it? Is it even worth it for the dopamine inducing big number refresh rate? Before you say you can't notice the difference as per linuses video, i must also call out you are wrong. The reason why refresh rate only makes you better to a certain degree is how fast your brain responds, you can still tell the difference until i think it was over one or two thousand frames or something crazy like that, though the eye doesn't necessarily have a refresh rate, its a constant stream of light. Oops I ranted. In short, how make big number bigger so monkey brain make happy chemical.
