Chrome extension - Youtube 60fps upscaling

Does anybody know about a chrome extension, or any other method, that can upscale Youtube all non 60fps youtube videos to 60fps?

 

On my LG OLED TV I can just enable trumotion, and get 60fps that way, but that's not possible on my PC monitor, and I hate watching youtube videos that aren't in 60fps, no matter the video quality.

 

I could always download every single video I watch, and use Topaz video AI 4 to upscale it to 60fps, but that would take forever, so would be nice if a simple chrome extension could do the job instead.

Honestly though, finding stuff that does frame interpolation (that's the term you'll want to be using if you want to search for more, upscaling refers to the resolution, not the framerate) on the fly on PCs probably won't give you extensive results. Even on TVs, a lot of people hate it and immediately turn off that feature due to the soap opera effect.
