Custom Acoustic Alarm (self adjusting)- seeking a company to produce them

Greetings LTT forum reaching out today for help with a customer request I've personally never encountered. 

 

We have a customer we are building some custom machines for that has made the request for the machine start alarms to monitor background audio level and when triggered to sound alarm at 10-15 dba over ambient. I've contacted all the major general alarm suppliers and had no luck. So my request is does anyone know any companies interested in producing custom electronic signal alarms?
