How to Overclocking MSI Titan 18HX

Does any one know how to over clock ram on MSI titan 18hx without slowing down the bootup for some reason its defaults to 2000mhz, i was able to get the Ram to run at 4000mhz(max speed i9 14900hx supports with 2 DPC and 2 rank) and but bootup was really slow take ls about couple of minutes and when i tried to change it to 5600mhz the laptop wouldn’t even boot.

And regarding undervolting currently i have undervolted my CPU TO -125mV P & E cores and -75mV Rng but was anyone able to undervolt CPU further without crashing. I have tried -150mV on P & E cores and -100mV on Rng and my laptop got corrupted and had to re-install OS.
