Anything I can do to prevent the crashing or do you think its hardware?

u have at least 2-3 issues...

ram... get a kit of 2 sticks, no mix-n-matching brands. (edit: wait... this is 1 kit? if so try to run it at stock speeds, no xmp)

psu - get a proper unit like corsair RMX or Superflower Leadex III.

ps; also is the BIOS up to date?

Hello, I have recently bought a new PC, month or 2 ago, since the day it arrived I have been having problems with gaming, any game I tried, online or offline would just eventually crash, the pc would not turn off but the games would and it would just take me to desktop, I have tried resetting it twice, both with windows 11 and windows 10, the problem would just persist, I have tried many things I could find online but I think I ran out of ideas and options about what it would be, I contacted the company where I ordered the PC to check on the hardware issues, to check if there is anything there but I basically wanna give my last push and check if the software could be the problem, please if anyone knows what could the issue be I am open to listening to advices and any options, for anyone wondering here are the specifications.
CPU: Intel CPU Core i5-12400F

Motherboard: Gigabyte MB H610M K 2xDDR4

One tip I always recommend is doing a clean install of your display drivers, could help with the issue.
First uninstall them using DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4876). The process is relatively simple but feel free to use YouTube if you're not feeling confident.
Secondly, install them via the Nvidia official website (https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx). GeForce, 40 Series, 4060, Game Ready Driver.
Good luck.

Bios version was old, I updated it and played a game and it did not crash, seems like that was the problem, if it occurs again I will write here again I guess
