Is a 700 watt PSU ok for a 7800xt upgrade

So i am planning to upgrade to a 7800 XT from a 1650 super. I am having a Ryzen 9 3900x, and a 700 watt 80+ bronze PSU (gigabyte B700H) am i good to go with the PSU??

700W is fine, preferably 750W or higher would be preferable, though the PSU itself is a low enough tier, id advise replacing sooner than later

The Gigabyte B700H is an E-tier / garbage PSU, I'd suggest something better.

If your PSU is +5 years old or close to that, then yes. Otherwise, you'll probably be fine for a bit but still suggest a new unit in the next 6 months or so. 750W-850W quality PSUs are pretty abundant now a days.

Ye everything can be if it breaks. Mobo, cpu, ram etc. Also could cause a housefire

Possibly, I wouldn't risk it. if you can't spend a lot on the upgrade then try this Apevia Prestige 800 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply (ATX-RP800W) - PCPartPicker

Yes it can. All the other hardware like motherboard etc can also be damaged.

Worst case scenario is that the PSU actually catches fire, this has happened.
