Windows 10 pro not installing updates and Microsoft store is not working

Both have the error code 0x80244018. I have already tried every method I could find on the Internet and none of them have worked. I am currently on version 22h2 build 19045.3803.

have you tried a clean reinstall?

Done the basics ?

 

Update service running ?

Firewall/antivirus/network issue

Run the dism/sfc cmd commands

turns out something in my network blocked the update but i don't know what
