Incorrect RAM placement is not going to cause blue screens. Either it won't boot or not run in dual channel or similar. If you get BSODs, then most likely something is broken at the hardware level.

All the errors and indications lead to ram so I bought new ram but still persisting. I’m starting to think it may be the motherboard.

Could be the motherboard, could be the memory controller (i.e. CPU)

RAM speed and CPU?

I think it is the memory controller. Is the only solution to replace ram? Or can I maybe reset bios if I could?

If it's the memory controller, you'd need to replace the CPU. The memory controller is part of the CPU. But other than DOA, it's very unlikely for it to break suddenly.

If you are able to get into Windows, go to C:\Windows\Minidump and check if you have any minidump files. If you do, go back to the Windows folder and copy the Minidump folder itself to the Downloads folder (You can use the desktop if you don't have OneDrive syncing files). Zip the copied folder and attach it to a post. Please follow the instructions to the letter as Windows doesn't like you messing with files in this location.

It just looks like memory. The suspects for that has already been discussed in the post.

Literally just plugged in new memory :c. B2b faulty memory seems too unlucky. You reckon I should reset cmos? If so how do i go about it

Even if you have Clear CMOS pins I recommend using the battery. It's not uncommon these days for the battery to be between the PCIe slots which means that the GPU covers it if you can't find it.

Do you think this can fix it?

if the bios uses same ram settings for different ram, perhaps, depends if it's the case or not
