i can't shutdown pc property question

f23948

Everytime I tried to shutdown I got that message even though I'm not using virtualbox even though virtualbox isn't opened, after I clicked on shut down anyway it hangs I have to force turn off by pressing and holding power for seconds

Yes

Well there's your problem. It's blocking the shutdown. End that task and it should shutdown clean. Though you should also be able to just click Shutdown Anyway and windows will kill it for you.
You should look at the Startup tab in Task Manager to see if it's launching automatically. If it's not there check VB's own settings for anything like "launch on startup" or "start on login". If it's not there check Scheduled Tasks. If it's not there, check the Services tab of Task Manager. One of those places should be auto launching it.
