Question about Lumix G7 dummy battery.

I've bought lumix dummy battery on aliexpress and did not recieve the power cable. It was sitting on my shelf for like two years and now thet i need it idk if i can use it with my power cable do you guys know if i use this cable it's gonna be safe for my camera or if it's gonna explode in my hands?

I have one that works that is 8,4V 3A so yours seems quite underpowered
