need help with steamvr error 301

so i try to play steam games using steamvr and i get error 301, i looked online and i deleted the potentially conflicting softwares using revo uninstaller, i fixed the openvr path, i removed unused usb devices with usbdeview, i verified the steamvr files, i uninstalled and reinstalled steamvr. i dont know what to do anymore
