What u tried to resolve it?

Driver updates?

Re-seating anything?

Turning off XMP?

Is the issue sudden or since you built the PC?

yeah you wanna try that,

if that doesn't work you wanna try turning off XMP,

you also want to have AMD Chipset drivers updated on the CPU,

how's your disk remaining storage? is your SSD almost full or not?

check your SSD with CrystalDiskInfo app, https://crystalmark.info/en/download/

see how it is, yes. there's anime theme, there should be a normal one, you want to downlad CrystalDiskInfo not CrystalDiskMark

95% is good health, so I guess it might not be the SSD,

you said this suddenly started happening, what change/upgrade is the closest before the problem started happening?

did you overclock your gpu? what slots are the ram sticks in and what chipset is the motherboard? (b350,x370,b450,x470,b550,x570?)
what speed are the ram sticks and if you can send the exact ram sticks you've got, try turning off SAM for starters
