Sometimes i have problems using Windows 11 23H2, i don't have problems using Windows 11 22H2, i heard Windows 11 version 22H2 will receive optional updates until June 2024, it safe to use Windows 11 22H2 up to June?

Yes it will be safe to use.

You will still receive security updates, just not the feature update.
