I'm new to folding like literally started yesterday and i don't think so unless you do some weird hard to do stuff but hopefully someone who can help you will come along to this post.

Automatically? No unfortunately. I have my slider on Full though and this doesn't affect me much. When I go to play a game, instead of moving the slider, I "pause" the GPU slot. Here are a few things...

 

I am running XFire and there are some games, like World of Tanks, that do not use it, so second card does squat. I will simply "pause" the primary card when playing WoT and the secondary can continue to fold, with no issues.

 

Other games that do use XFire I will just move slider to Medium, game, then move back...
