BIOS not opening on HP Probook

Go to solution Solved by Tetras,

if you have Windows installed, do it through Windows? ("advanced start-up options", restart, "troubleshoot, advanced", "UEFI Firmware")

I have a HP Probook 430 G4. Whenever i restart, it says "Press ESC key for startup menu". The button doesnt seem to do anything. Even after spamming ESC and F10 the BIOS doesnt open up. What should I do?
