Just get whichever is cheaper

get whatevers the cheapest 6000c30/32 kit and be done with it, if 6400c32 is for some reason cheaper than 6000c30/32 then after enabling xmp youll want to manually set ram feequency to 6000 so its basically just 6000c32 with guaranteed 10000+ capable hynix a dies

as for brand preferences teamgroup (apparently has a tendancy to use hynix a die) and especially klevv (literally hynixes consumer divison) but this isnt worth spending over 5€ for and this is completely irrelevant for 6200 and up which are guaranteed hynix a die aside from that one corsair 6600 bin with microns but that one should be easy enough to avoid, also avoid crucial/micron cause microns are pretty crap on ddr5
